Refund policy

Returns MUST BE REQUESTED within 7 days of receipt.

If the item is defective in any way, Artisanal Bears will provide a paid shipping label to you and (upon our receipt of returned item) will refund your entire purchase price.

If you are returning the item due to another reason (buyer’s remorse, changing your mind, or you just can’t afford it), you will be responsible to pay for return shipping to us. In this case you will be refunded your purchase price (with our shipping charges deducted).
